Vegan Banana & Blueberry Bread

Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups pureed banana (about 4)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup pureed blueberries
- 2 tbsp flax seed powder + 6 tbsp water
- 1-2 tbsp sesame seeds

exercise free running for cross country and a series of different striders, for and hour and a half.
I LOVE CROSS COUNTRY. I feel more motivated to get faster and stronger and in better shape, not just for my benefit but for the rest of the team. I also have an entire team giving each other moral support.

I started using the My Fitness Pal android app to measure the amount of calories I take in for everything I eat, and how many I burn with how much I exercise. It had also suggested that I limit my calorie consumption to 1,230 calories every day, not hard.
I also start cross country tomorrow so I will have no choice but to be on a regular exercise regimen every day, yay :)!
Uhhh no big deal-just pizza made from ALL VEGGIES (with two egg whites and some sprinkled feta, of course…)
Cauliflower Crust:
- 1C riced cauliflower (do in blender. Chop until it turns to little white rice-looking things)
- 2 egg whites
- oregano
- salt
- *mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and then pat it down onto a baking sheet and bake at 425 for 10 minutes

- 1oz feta
- little bit of spinach
- cherry tomatos
- *stick back in the oven on broil for 2 minutes and PERFECTION!

I really wanted to stay healthy for dinner, but I guess I wanted Carlyle to shut up more. She was so mad that I wanted to order a salad that had steak on it because she didn’t want to be the only one eating something heavy.
Still isn’t an excuse, I really need to be less susceptible to peer pressure.
